  • Do I receive my certification card after completing the class?

    Yes. Students who successfully complete the course will receive their certification eCard. Most eCards are issued within 24 hours of course completion and can be downloaded directly to your phone or computer.

  • What is the difference between BLS and Heartsaver CPR training?

    BLS is designed for healthcare professionals and healthcare students, while Heartsaver CPR/AED/First Aid is intended for the general public, workplaces, teachers, coaches, chilcare providers, and community members.

  • Do you offer on-site training for business and organizations?

    Yes. Vital Point provides mobile on-site training for business, schools, healthcare facilities, childcare centers, churches, and community organizations throughtout the DFW Metroplex.

  • How long does a Home Safety Assessment Take?

    Most Assessments take 60-90 Minutes depending on the size of the home and the level of service selected.

  • Will I receive a written Safety Report?

    Yes. Every assessment includes a detailed report outlining potential hazards, safety concerns, and recommendations to help create a safer living environment.

  • Do you install safety modifications such as grab bars and safety equiment?

    We can recommend and coordinate trusted safety modification solutions based on your assessments findings and needs?

PAYMENT & RESCHEDULING


Payment is required to reserve your seat. If you're unable to attend, please contact us before class to reschedule. No-shows are non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING POLICY


 Participants receive hands-on instruction, course materials, and an AHA-aligned certification eCard valid for two years upon successful completion.
